hi, Basically i get ‘paused charging, high voltage’ when there is no
charger attached. The battery runs out withing 24 hours with little or no
use. The screen has slight flashing for 5 seconds like on the old TVs when
you try to tune into a station. Also the home button on the middle bottom
no longer works. I believe there was some water damage, i spilled a cup of
water and as the water ran along the table it came in contact with the
phone for quite a while before i realized.

the ‘no sound?’ comment was for the youtube video as i couldn’t hear
anything and thought it may be on my end.
June 23, 2013 @ 3:06 pm
Hello Ok thanks for getting back to us, sorry there is no sound. Regards

something….That’s the part that is corroded on my phone.

Hi; my S2 had a very little touche to a small amount of a water on a table.
After that i couldn’t turn it on even i have tried everything. I went to a
Samsung Service, they have told me that the mainboard should be changed and
the price is 250 €. I came back to house desperatly searching a solution or
buying a new telephone. And then i saw your video. I bought a small
screwdriver, a tooth brush and i cleaned the mainboard and the connectors
ribbons. I have packed everything up and turned my phone on (Finger
crossed), IT WOOORRRRKKKKSSSSS. THANKSSSS A LOT..

Followed the instruction in the video and it worked! I was able to turn on
the phone again, but the OS won’t load properly. It allways freezes at some
point. Any suggestions?
