Timmy Duong November 9, 2014 @ 2:07 am It work good YihSiang Ng November 23, 2014 @ 5:53 am Hi Timmy, i was following the guide online that keep the phone in the rice since its hard to get Silica gel here at Malaysia Its been a little more than a day. I am hesitated to open it up cause I only have the screwdriver but not the suction tool to separate the screen from the board. Would it be too late for me to open it up? I am planning try my luck at nearby Switch store to see what option I have in this case. So you just open it up and dry it with hair dryer?? Looknig forward to your response, thanks. Timmy Duong November 27, 2014 @ 4:50 am Sorry for the late response, have you try to use a small flat head screw driver, to lip up the bottom of the iphone, if you dont have one u can use a gps mount suction cup, when you open the phone make sure you start from the bottom of the phone, the next step open the main board and looking for the green fungus on the board, try to use a tooth brush to clean with alcohol, and use the heat gun or hair dryer, Wait for it dry then put it back . Let me know if that working for you. Good luck. And happy thanksgiving. LostBoyProductions November 27, 2014 @ 5:44 am you didnt show shit in the end as far as Phone working after repair?? Need a better camerman homie Molon Labe! December 11, 2014 @ 6:18 pm Only a halfwit uses metal tools to take off connectors and tells others to use a heat gun to heat the board after water damage. It has to be cleaned and then dried and not with heat. Anti static strap and plastic tools on the side…. Jake Pluard December 16, 2014 @ 10:43 am Am I out of focus or is this guy drunk?
