Drying a flooded wet carpet after a basement flood and water damage. We removed the water from this soaked carpet using a water extration machine. Then the damp carpet was positioned for drying. Weights were used to hold the carpet in position. Fans were set up to blow dry warm air under the wet carpet to speed drying. Profesional dehumidifiers were set up to provide warm dry air to speed the carpet drying.

Hello, I had a bathtub leak where I had bleach in the water. The water
spilled out on to the carpet. I have completely dried the carpet but the
underlayment is still damp. Any ideas?
