http://hometips.gregvan.com Where do I start with construction mistakes, the bigger the mistakes, the more money they’re going to cost and there’s no way around it, unless you’re just working on the job for someone else and your mistakes aren’t going to affect your paycheck. I’ve seen the smallest mistake made by a contractor cost them a boat load of money. Plumbers who have crimped copper pipes, might not be paying the bills for these repairs 10 or even 15 years down the road, but someone else. It’s usually the homeowner. Contractors who have installed things incorrectly or forgot to install a specific type of hardware that’s now in a difficult spot to repair. Like I said, I really don’t know where to start with construction mistakes, but you need to be aware of them and figure out ways to avoid them at all costs. Literally at all costs.
