I’d like to visit some of them, they are beautiful. Barry Hoosier Philly March 18, 2015 @ 4:35 am How were wall built inside a 20’s stone house. The stone is about 11.5″ thick if it was built the same as an end we cleared the whatever and firring strips out and put in 6″studs and drywall in one back room when redoing the back of the house. We kept the angled and vaulted ceiling and chestnut trim in the front 2 main rooms, but are tying to retro foam behind. about 1.5″ of seeming irregular plaster. The pro’s hit metal after a finger space gap behind the plaster. How do you think these walls are built. Will be on site tomorrow with the pros.
